After a year of urgent, unflinching messages about the vital importance of following COVID-19 protocols and getting vaccinated, the New Jersey Department of Health needed to keep residents engaged in the fight against the virus. So, we shifted the focus from all the things people couldn’t to all the things they could safely enjoy if they were vaccinated and boosted. A catchy rap and colorful blend of video and hand-drawn animation was the 180 the state didn’t know they wanted, but sure did love.
