When the New Jersey Department of Labor wanted to get the message out that fathers have a right to time off work when a child is born or adopted, we approached it not just from a legal angle but an appeal to the heart utilizing beautifully arresting images of babies and their dads with gentle fonts to put the focus on the emotional importance of early bonding.
